I don’t often take the time to do a review but have to say that these folks are amazing. They are what makes small towns great!! Tony and Amanda truly care and go out of their way to make customers happy and appreciated. No wonder they have so many 5 star reviews.

100% recommend! Anthony was so nice and I asked him all sorts of annoying questions! Then they were able to get our carpet installed 2 weeks early! Such a great service and good people.

Richmond Flooring was so amazing to work with! Our home project had 2 issues and Richmond came through with both. Our first issue was running out of flooring right at the end of a project. Richmond was able to find the last remaining amount we needed to finish. Next, we needed carpet. After a quick measurement on-site, they had their crew out the next day, finished that day and it looks great! Definitely recommend them to anyone!

I'm a general contractor in Sanpete. I've worked with Richmond Flooring on several occasions. They've done the floors in a few of the remodels I've done. I've also had them do the carpet in my house. They have done a wonderful job every single time. They've never let me or my clients down. They're clean, they're on time, the communication is good, they're professionals through and through. We loved our experience with Richmond Flooring! After we had another local company install our tile (and having a horrible customer service experience), we decided to look elsewhere for our carpet. We learned about Richmond flooring and had the absolute best experience with them! From sales to install, we were really pleased with Richmond. We picked a really difficult carpet pattern to install on our irregular stairs, and it turned out amazingly well! We love it and are returning to Richmond tomorrow to pick out some flooring for our new addition!
